2nd dish) Appetizers... 5 types of appetizers from the eight provinces

3rd dish) Sashimi... Kyushu coastal fresh bluefin tuna cut into slices

→ If tuna is not available, a platter of 4 kinds of fresh fish will be served.

4th dish) Grilled...Roast beef with truffle sauce

5th dish) Steamed dish...Chicken broth soup with chawanmushi

6th dish) Replacement bowl: Chicken thighs wrapped in asparagus and cheese

7th dish) Fried food: shrimp with head, conger eel tempura wrapped in plum paste, three kinds of seasonal vegetables

8th dish) Special dish... Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu beef bite-sized steak with grated radish sauce
